Musician | Super Producer | Artist
Biography

Not every producer can boast of being a highly sought after producer, musician and vocalist. But Super Producer Bosko's talents and accomplishments allow him to do just that. With a combination of over 8 million records to his credit, Bosko's work has helped to enhance the careers of superstar artists such as Kanye West, Tupac, E-40, Lil Jon, Limp Biskit, Lil Kim, Tyrese, The Hot Boyz, Too Short, DMX and T.I. The trained musician plays bass guitar, keyboards and trumpet and has also mastered the "talk box", made popular by the late Roger Troutman (Zapp). A virtuoso in the studio, he records, mixes, engineers and masters in his own state-of-the-art facilities, Bombay Digital Studios, in Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA.

Bosko was born in Accra, Ghana of West Africa and raised in Portland, Oregon. As a boy singing in the choir, he probably never dreamed it was his destiny to work with some of the biggest and brightest stars of Hip Hop, R&B, and Rock music. Bosko began his musical career as a DJ but quickly crossed over into the realm of producer, producing music for local rappers. Frustrated with the lack of major label attention, he launched his own independent label, Jus' Family Records, with his best friend Terrence Scott (aka Cool Nutz). An ambitious young man, he later moved to Los Angeles to pursue greater opportunities and received his first major break when he was asked to produce the remix for E-40's hit "Sprinkle Me". Other projects soon followed, including tracks for Too Short, Lil Kim and the late songstress Aaliyah.

As word spread of his phenomenal production skills and vocal ability, Bosko's popularity was catapulted, ushering in guest appearances on numerous hit records. He's currently working with Lil Jon's BME Records and Dr. Dre's Aftermath Records as well as Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, Nick Cannon, and Baby Bash. His production, writing and singing on the recently released E-40 album, My Ghetto Report Card, earned top honors when the song, "Happy To Be Here", was awarded the "Hip Hop Quotable" by The Source Magazine.

Bosko is also a seasoned performer who developed his engaging live performance style while on tour with the acclaimed Hip Hop band, The Roots. He'll soon be joining the chart topping line up of E-40, T-Pain and Young Jeezy on a 2006 tour. As if his grueling production and performance schedule wasn't enough, Bosko also serves as part-time co-host to on-air personality DJ Felli Fel at Los Angeles' top radio station, Power 106 FM. The two are also developing the next wave of hit makers and Bosko will serve as executive producer for Felli's forthcoming album.

Not one to neglect his own abilities, in 2006 Bosko released the self-produced album That Fire on his own label, Bombay Entertainment. The album features guest appearances by several of Hip Hop and R&B's finest (Lil Jon, E-40 and more) as well as four of Bosko's solo vocal tracks. His solo vocal album is scheduled to drop in 2007 and promises to be a creative blend of Hip-Hop & Soul that will influence generations to come.
